An administrative fee of GHC3,500.00 is required before the processing of the application.

Fees paid are non-refundable.

Upon paying the administrative fee in full, we will get your offer letter ready within 2 weeks and we will further assist throughout the remaining process including visa application.

The administrative fee paid is usable within 12 months and this is not transferable.

If you submit any documents to us for the purpose of admission, we will no longer hold these documents on our system after 12 months if you discontinue the process.

Students eligible for tuition-fee or partial scholarships are not given the assurance of success; admissions for such schools are highly competitive. However, we will try our best to get you admission.

Some schools require application fee which ranges from $100 to $200 payable by the student. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss it. We will only go ahead to send your application to such schools based on your approval.

Schools such as those in the UK do not require an application fee for admissions. However, successful applicants who will pay an initial deposit of their tuition in other to apply for Tier 4 student visas will have all their monies fully refunded to them less the university’s administrative fee, in case their visas are refused.

All applicants are to note that various fees such as visa fees, health & travel insurance etc. relating to their applications are to be borne by themselves.

OSH will not be responsible for any false statement provided at the time of application.

Applicant must understand that they are responsible for all their maintenance abroad and must be aware that employment abroad is not guaranteed.

Applicants must further understand that OSH cannot be held responsible for any change in immigration rules which might affect their documents already submitted or in extreme cases, their application. Applicants are therefore to be communicated via e-mail to update them with such changes whenever they occur.

OSH will provide all the necessary information and the data available related to the course of study, including its contents, level, progression, fees or any other related information to the applicant. It is the applicant’s responsibility to understand and/or clarify ANY aspect BEFORE proceeding further and/ or receiving an offer. We shall NOT be liable and take NO responsibility if the applicant decides that the course of study is not suitable for whatever reason after CAS or LOA is issued.

OSH reserves the right to make any changes for the interest of its customers without prior notice.

It is not our responsibility to scrutinize or verify the authenticity of your documents and we highly do not encourage submission of falsified documents. We therefore cannot be held responsible when whatever refund you are entitled to is upheld for attempting to provide fallacious documents.

It is the Applicant’s sole responsibility to fulfil all the legal obligations for any application for entry clearance or further leave to remain visa and provide all mandatory documents in the correct format to the Home Office/ Embassy. OSH will not be providing any legal assistance in this regard and will not act as an immigration advisor in any circumstances.
